1. How long have you been in business?
   Coggeshall & Lentz General Contractors has been in business since 1981.

2. Are you insured?
  Yes. We are fully covered under Workers Compensation Insurance and General Liability.

3. Who will be performing the work; will it be primarily Coggeshall & Lentz employees
    or will you be using subs?
  Coggeshall & Lentz uses it's employees to perform all demolition, job supervision, rough               

   & finish carpentry, painting and subcontractor management. Typically we employ

   Masonry, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Drywall, Tilework, Carpeting Sub-Contractors.

4. If we decide to sign-on with your company how soon would you be able to start our project?

  We can work most projects into our schedule in a timely manner. Some projects such as

  kitchens are based on cabinet delivery dates that may take up to 5 weeks. The 1st available time  

   start will be discussed with the customer upon signing of the contract.

5. What are your normal hours of operation?
   Our normal work day is 7:00 to 3:00.

6. How long will our project last
  We will develop a time line from beginning to end that describes each phase of your project.
   This enables you to anticipate each stage of the job as it occurs. We will review this on a

   regular basis.
